The two write-ups above follow the same pattern as every job we take on. It starts with a free on-site consultation to check the slab and talk through how the space is used. The concrete is diamond ground so the coating bonds to sound, open concrete. Cracks and joints are repaired with flexible polyurea filler. Then the chosen system goes down — for the Morrison garage, a polyurea base with full-broadcast flake and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — and most residential floors are finished in one day.

The Camden basement shows the other common brief: turning a below-grade room into entertaining space. That is what our basement floor coatings are designed for, with a moisture vapor basecoat under the finish.
